Subject: Yearly Evaluation

Your Evilness,

Per your request, I am forwarding the recent e-mail correspondence between myself and my two demonic charges, Bitternell and Sulphino (as well as the Tempter Evaluation form no. 666-S). I trust you will find all in order.

Summary:  Bitternell’s patient is an 19-year-old male in his second year of college. This case has posed some interesting challenges.

On one hand, the patient is currently in an environment in which even the laziest and dullest of tempters have found little difficulty in turning their patients against the Enemy. On the other hand, Bitternell’s patient was only recently in the throes of the so called “honeymoon” phase–that fearful state in which a new convert to the Enemy is given over to alarming zeal for (and worse, joy in) his new found faith. As you well know, these sorts of patients are especially resistant to our influence until this phase runs its course. Still, I think you will be pleased at the progress Bitternell has made despite these circumstances. ( I like to think I had some part in his success thus far as well…young tempters such as Bitternell need a firm and experienced hand guiding their efforts.)

Sulphino’s patient is a female, 36, married with two young children. She has been in the Enemy’s camp since her earliest days. Such patients pose difficulties as well, since the words of the Enemy have been impressed upon them for years, molding and influencing them perhaps more than they even realize. This would be easy enough to deal with but for the added factor of the Enemy providing help to them in the form of His Spirit. (How He debases Himself in his ridiculous regard for the human vermin!).

Yes, there are many difficulties to surmount in both cases. Not that I complain, O Malevolent One. No doubt you had good reasons for assigning them to me, and I am certain you will keep in mind the particular challenges I mentioned when conducting your review.

Your Obedient Servant,
Squirmtrap
Tempter, GS-12
